Refund Policy
Plain language. Effective the day paid plans launch.

Heads-up: TimeFlow is currently in free beta — there's nothing to refund yet. This policy describes what will apply once paid subscriptions launch.
The 14-day money-back window
If you're not happy with your TimeFlow subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first charge on that subscription. The 14-day window starts on the date the first payment is captured, not the date you signed up. We'll process the refund through the same method you paid with.
After the 14-day window
After 14 days, individual charges are not refundable. You can cancel any timeto stop the next renewal — your subscription remains active through the end of the period you've already paid for, and we won't bill you again.
Annual plans
Annual plans are also covered by the same 14-day money-back window from the date of the first charge. After that window we don't offer pro-rated refunds for the unused months — cancellation stops the next year's renewal but the current paid year remains active.
How to request a refund
You have two options, either is fine:
- Email dev.olegovich@gmail.com from the address on your account, with your subscription email and a one-line note. We aim to respond within two business days.
- Use the buyer-support portal at paddle.net — every receipt from Paddle.com Market Limited includes a personal link to your subscriptions where you can request refunds and manage billing directly.
Exceptions
We may decline a refund in two narrow cases:
- The account shows clear abuse — for example, repeated subscribe/refund cycles, or automated scraping of the API outside of normal product use.
- A chargeback has already been filed with the card issuer for the same charge. In that case the chargeback process supersedes ours.
Who you're paying
When paid plans launch, your subscription will be billed by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record on behalf of NXTWAVE FZC. Paddle handles billing, sales tax/VAT, and refunds. The terms above describe the refund policy NXTWAVE FZC has set with Paddle for TimeFlow subscriptions.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page if the product or our payment setup changes. The version date at the top reflects the latest revision. Any change will only apply to charges captured after the update — purchases made under an earlier version of this policy are governed by the version that was live at the time of the charge.
